Our Return & Exchange Guarantee

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required
Note on Final Sale Items: Certain premium golf accessories marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. This typically includes:
  • Personalized or custom-embroidered items
  • Clearance merchandise with “Final Sale” designation
  • Opened or used footwear (for hygiene reasons)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps for a seamless Tour-level return experience:

  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely repackage the items in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our facility at:

  5. Wait for Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect your items and process your return within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your receipt until the return is processed.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:

  • Credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement
